Refund Policy

At The Sleepr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward refund process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused or gently used condition.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at info@thesleepr.com with your order number.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional sales are eligible for refund under the same 30-day policy. Gift cards are non-refundable.
